I'm something of a rarity in the supplements world as I don't have any desire to smash heaps of supps in the quest to be some perfected being or Gym God. I'm a dad in the 'burbs. That's about it. I'm not looking for a life changing product. I just want a simple whey protein that provides a decent amount of protein without costing a fortune or tasting like it got scraped out of the Easter Bunny's toilet. So does this Whey Protein Contrate hit those criteria? Yes. Since consistently having an extra 30g or protein per day, I've noticed an increase in muscle mass. Nothing too precise, just comments from my wife saying I look 'big'. And she is, to be frank, the only person I care thinks I look good. So based on that (pretty loose) standard of efficacy, I'd recommend this WPC and will be ordering it again.

A good basic whey powder which will retain some of the healthy co-factors that the ultra filtered products don't. Been using the Vanilla flavoured WPC for a couple weeks now and so far I've been pretty impressed. I use it in shaker cups with milk and in my breakfast oats and let me tell you, it's delicious. I get a few clumps here and there but maybe that's because of my lazy shaking routine. It's still early days but I think I'm recovering quicker after long gym sessions. I was pretty impressed with the shipping time and the value of the product as well (as a relatively budget tight student). I'd recommend this product, I get cravings for the Vanilla... so don't doubt the taste.

Bulkpowders WPC has been a fantastic purchase. Vanilla tastes amazing, so good that it's hard to stop at one shake post workout! I've found that the powder mixes well in a shaker with only occasional clumping - nothing too noticeable. It doesn't end up really thick like some protein powders, which can be good or bad depending on what you're after - I'm not really fussed by it. If you're looking at trying protein powder for the first time or you're after something a little more cost effective than other powders out there, you can't go wrong with this.
