As a dietary supplement. mix 200mg - 500mg l-tyrosine powder with 50ml of water or non-acidic juice (grapefruit juice), 1 to 2 times daily or as per your personal supplement requirement. Marco scales are recommended due to the small serving size.

I found out about L tyrosine while researching Hashimoto's autoimmune disease which causes hypothyroidism (underactive thyroid). The wonderful side effects are increased energy and clarity of mind. I haven't taken it long enough to find out if it has affected my immune system in positive ways, but will report back when I get my blood results. | |
