Are you on a low carb, high protein diet?
Having a crepe or pancake fit into your macro diet plan would normally seem impossible…
Well not anymore; Our Protein Crepes have a massive 66% protein content and are super low in sugar making them an ideal go to choice for a well-earned sweet cheat after an awesome days training or tight macro day.
Even if you’re not strictly recording your macros but consciously manage a low carb, high protein diet or are trying to drop a little weight and looking to make diet changes; our Protein Crepes are an awesome sweet cheat choice or snack. Containing such a complete nutritional profile, these can also work as a direct meal or shake replacement.
Our Protein Crepes will keep your macros and diet inline and best of all; they’re made using natural ingredients, flavours and sweeteners, plus are 100% gluten free.
Super convenient for breaky, a snack or as a dessert, serve them up with your much loved toppings; remember to choose toppings that fit in with your macros.
It’s as simple as Scoop. Shake. Pour. Fry & Enjoy!
As a dietary supplement, first add 120ml of milk to a shaker bottle; next add 40g of Protein Crepe Mix and shake for 30 seconds or until a smooth mixture consistency is achieved.
Heat fry pan on a medium temperature setting and lightly oil (we recommend using coconut oil or olive oil cooking spray). When the fry pan reaches medium temperature turn stove to the lowest setting and pour mixture into the middle of pan. Cook the first side until lightly brown (crepe will display air holes and mixture will be lightly set on top), flip and repeat until both sides are lightly brown. Serve with desired toppings; remember to choose toppings that fit in with your macros.

I'm not a huge fan of the taste, but it's fine once the toppings are on, good for breakfast if you're trying to increase your protein intake and, like me, aren't a huge fan of savory breakfasts.

Compare the crepes to the pancakes nutritional profiles. The crepes have less than a third of the carbs with almost double the protein for the SAME CALORIES. They mix easy like the pancakes, taste the same as the pancakes, same little stevia after taste, you won't need to add anything, they're palatable on their own. A quick way to get a bite in the morning. |

Make sure your pan is on low. Mixed well. Tasted better than protein bread brand. Only needed water to mix
